Ages: Incoming 1st-3rd grade students
Time: 9am-1pm Monday-Friday June 19-23rd 2023
Tuition: $125 per student, scholarships available
Please reserve your camper’s spot by completing the registration interest form and release waiver below, and making a $125 donation.
Donations can be made through our PayPal page for camp donations (also available after submitting your registration interest form) or by check - please include "Summer Camp" + [Your camper’s name] in notes/memo.

Registration Interest Form: WAITLIST
Please complete the form and fill out the release waiver for each camper you would like to waitlist. If space becomes available we will contact you with availability on a first come first serve basis.
If you have already registered and we have reached out to you to confirm, please make sure to bring the release waiver on the first day of camp. After the first two are complete and we receive a check or PayPal donation we will email confirmation of registration.
If you would like to request a scholarship, please email your request to hello@trinitygardenssb.org prior to June 1 and you will be contacted after your request has been reviewed.
LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE AND CERTIFICATION
______________________ has my permission to participate in the Trinity Gardens Summer Camp. In consideration for my child’s participation, I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Trinity Gardens and their respective officers, employees, agents, affiliates, volunteers and successors and assigns “releasees” from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action, of whatever kind or nature, in either law or equity, which may hereafter arise from my child’s participation in the program, save and except for liability that arises as a result of the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the releasees. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Trinity Gardens from any liability or claim that I may have with respect to any bodily or other injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from my child’s participation.
I understand that my child’s participation in the Trinity Gardens Summer Camp and/or any project, activity, or event sponsored, managed, arranged, or promoted by, or otherwise affiliated or associated with the Trinity Gardens Summer Camp may include activities that may be hazardous to my child. I hereby expressly and specifically assume the risk of injury or harm resulting from those activities. This release and assumption of risks is binding on my heirs and assigns.
I do hereby certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief my child is in good health. In case of illness or accident, permission is granted for emergency treatment to be administered. It is further understood and agreed that the undersigned will assume full responsibility for such action, including payment of costs.
Additionally, I give the Trinity Gardens programs staff permission to photograph my child during summer activities for publicity use (promotional materials and website) only by the Trinity Gardens.
